The 45-year-old actress admitted she's got into a "terrible" habit of eating too quickly, and so she is now consciously trying to chew her food for longer.
She said:
"I'd got into a terrible habit of wolfing my food - hardly chewing at all. I really try to chew everything now and it's made a massive difference to my digestion and I think it makes you eat less.
"I'm also trying not to eat so late at night, which again helps your digestion."
